Recently I read Carrie Fisher’s book called Wishful Drinking, which is basically her autobiography that’s oddly written in a entertaining tone with a lot of sarcasm, humor and inappropriateness. Carrie Fisher is the daughter of singer Eddie Fisher; who divorced Carrie’s mother after having an affair with his late best friend’s widowed wife. Who happens to be Elizabeth Taylor. Eddie was one of Elizabeth’s eight husbands. A good read if you’d like to see Elizabeth in a perspective other than the glorifying limelight and hollywood glamour.
